An easy go-to Matcha Protein Cookie Recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 teaspoons Matcho Powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup Splenda
  • 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk, at room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 & 1/4 cups (225g) white chocolate chips

Instructions:

  • Mix in large bowl
  • Separate into 1" balls on baking sheet
  • Place in oven at 350 degrees for 10-12min
