An easy go-to Matcha Protein Cookie Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons Matcho Powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 3/4 cup Splenda
- 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 & 1/4 cups (225g) white chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Mix in large bowl
- Separate into 1" balls on baking sheet
- Place in oven at 350 degrees for 10-12min
