How to Make a Matcha Protein Shake!

Ingredients:

  •   1/2-1tsp of Matcho (Available on Amazon)
  •   6-12oz water (room temperature or cold)
  •   1-2 scoops of vanilla or chocolate protein powder


Instructions:

  1.   Scoop 1-2 scoops of protein powder and dump into workout shaker bottle.
  2.   Scoop 1/2-1 full tsp (not tbsp!) of Matcho and dump into workout shaker bottle.
  3.   Fill shaker bottle with water. (Goz if using 1 scoop of protein powder & 1/2tsp of Matcho, or 12oz if using 2 scoops of protein powder & 1 full tsp of Matcho)
  4.   Place metal mixer ball in workout shaker bottle
  5.   Screw lid on workout shaker bottle and ensure the press fit cap is snapped in place and secure (nobody wants a Matcho Protein shaker all over themselves after a workout)
  6.   Shake vigorously for 60-90seconds. (The more you shake, the more likely the clumps from the matcha will be mixed in with the protein powder)
  7. 7. Enjoy your Matcho Protein!


Remember, all matcha powders are not water soluble, so if there's a clump of two of matcha, that's totally ok and natural. But the more you mix, the more you can aerate the matcha and blend it in with the protein powder
